"SASHIMI" of seasonal fresh fish, and "TEMPRA" are combined (drinks not included) yen 3,000/course (8 dishes) consist of ; assorted three side dishes good for Japanese "Sake", assorted "SASHIMI", assorted "TEMPRA", Salad of fried "SOBA" (buck wheat noodle), "TAMAGO-YAKI"(Japanese style grilled egg), choice of local chicken BBQ with salty leek sauce, or "TOFU" (bean curd) w/meat, "SOBA" for finish, and dessert * Please do not hesitate to ask any of preference or allergies for foods, menu can be arranged upon request. Including drinks : yen 5,000 Beer, "Sho-Chu"(Japanese Distilled spirits), Japanese "SAKE", "High Ball"(wiskey with soda), "Ume-syu"(plum wine), Whisky, "Sour"("Sho-Chu" with Soda), and Non-alcohol beverages are available. Using quite fresh fish, severely selected by an expert of fish, “The Fish shop of Yaizu”, who have once been recommended on TV show. So, once you eat it, never forget!! 4 to 5 different fish are served upon availability of fresh fish of the each day. No mass purchase so that to serve the fresh of fresh fish on each day, thus please excuse us if in case of sold out.

Grilled duck with specially seasoned broth source

The sauce is made of special broth of “SOBA” restaurant, so that to make best match with the sweetness & “Umami”(the Japanese unique 6th taste) of high quality duck meat. Please eat it as it is for first bite, and then, add fresh graded raw “Wasabi” (Japanese horseradish) on it for second. You can enjoy the taste of the best grilled duck !

Assorted TEMPRA of Japanese Tiger prawn

This “TEMPRA” dish consist of 2 x Tiger prawn, Squid, Japanese whiting, 3 different vegetables, which is so rich in assorted. This dish is quite popular one, so it is also included in our course menu. By frying at” appropriate temperature and appropriate time”. This is the “TEMPRA” with “Umami” condensed to the utmost. Simply cooked, and thus it is keeping the original taste of each food itself.
